There’s a movement starting in to gain steam in Canada that would like Tim Hortons to start offering vegan options on their menu.

Over at Change.org, a group has a petition going that is quickly reaching its goal of 25,000 signatures.
There’s definitely a niche market for vegan items and that market is growing exponentially.
It takes years of testing before restaurants like Tim Hortons launch new menu items, and for all we know, they may already have vegan items in testing. But those things are closely held corporate secrets, so the likelihood of Tim Hortons responding with a definitive answer to the petition is highly unlikely.
