The Corner Bakery Cafe is drawing inspiration from Italy for its new, limited time menu: Flavors of Italy.

The Bakery’s three new Italian-inspired menu options feature meats and cheeses that simply scream Italy, like capicola ham, Genoa salami, provolone, fresh mozzarella and pepperoncini.

Let’s take a closer look at the Bakery’s Flavors of Italy:

The Italian Classic Sandwich features capicola ham, Genoa salami, provolone cheese, sliced pepperoncini, Roma tomatoes, iceberg and romaine lettuce, mayo and red wine vinaigrette on a freshly baked baguette.

The Rustic Italian Panini features layers of capicola ham, Genoa salami, provolone cheese, oven-roasted tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini and a touch of mayo, all grilled and served on sourdough bread.

The Italian Chef Salad combines Capicola ham, Genoa salami, fresh mozzarella, sliced pepperoncini and cavatappi pasta salad with iceberg and romaine lettuce and red wine vinaigrette.

The Corner Bakery’s Flavors of Italy menu will be available at participating locations from July 26 through September 26, 2106.
