Minute Rice is inviting fans to enter their favorite recipe using any Minute Instant Rice product for a chance to win prizes and to be featured in Food Network Magazine.

All recipe submission will be judged by Johanna Mirprui, blogger and food personality of Momma Cuisine, and the Minute Rice test kitchen team. Recipes will be scored on simplicity, creativity and originality, appearance and overall taste and flavor.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a high performance blender, a year’s supply of Minute Rice, plus the possibility of having their recipe featured in Food Network Magazine.
One Runner-Up will receive one $250 e-commerce gift card, and one second Runner-Up will receive one $100 e-commerce gift card.
