Schlotzsky’s offers its very own twist on comfort food with the addition of four new mac ‘n’ cheese entrées to its permanent menu at participating locations nationwide.

Macs, as Schlotzsky’s affectionately calls them, feature the chain’s signature Canestrelli spiral pasta topped with a variety of ingredients, including hickory wood smoked brisket, hand-carved chicken breast, caramelized onions, roasted red bell peppers and rich, gooey cheddar cheeses.
You can find Schlotzsky’s new hand-crafted Mac bowls in the following four options:
- Brisketeer Mac features hickory wood smoked brisket, cheddar cheese and freshly cut cilantro atop Canestrelli spiral pasta.
- Shrimply the Best Mac consists of shrimp marinated in a piquant cilantro pesto, served over Canestrelli spiral pasta and topped with cilantro, roasted red bell peppers, and spicy jalapeños.
- Poultry in Motion Mac is made with hand-carved chicken breast and crispy bacon, red onions, fresh chopped tomatoes, cheddar cheese and freshly cut cilantro atop Canestrelli spiral pasta.
- Smokey Brisketeer Mac comes with hickory smoked brisket seasoned with chipotle pesto and topped with cheddar cheese, spicy jalapeños, roasted red bell peppers, tangy BBQ sauce, and a touch of cilantro atop Canestrelli spiral pasta.
Additionally, Schlotzsky’s is offering the Little Mac for kids. The dish features a kid-sized portion of Canestrelli spiral pasta served with a gooey cheddar cheese sauce and finished off with a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese.
