Perhaps sensing a real shift in diners’ preferences, Ruby Tuesday is making major changes to the brand’s menu in more than just one way.

On Tuesday, the brand announced the addition of 14 new menu items including newly designed menus. With a new focus on high quality ingredients with intriguing flavor profiles, Ruby Tuesday looks to deliver on the flavor while delivering value.

Some of the new menu items include four new salads that can be served three ways, traditional, chopped or stuffed in a warm baguette.

Here’s a sample of some of the new menu items you can find at participating Ruby Tuesday locations:

New Appetizers

New Crispy Chicken Bites are hand-breaded and fried with choice of sauce: Thai, hickory bourbon, mild or hot Buffalo, zesty Cajun honey, or classic with honey mustard dipping sauce.

New Buffalo Chicken Tostadas are corn tostadas with spicy Buffalo chicken and Swiss cheese. Finished with celery, blue cheese crumbles, and a drizzle of ranch.

New Philly Cheesesteak Potstickers is a philly cheesesteak sandwich in a convenient bite-size potsticker. Served with crispy onions, scallions, and au jus on a spicy mayo drizzled plate.

New Sampler Trio features Italian Five-Cheese Skillet, Onion Rings, and Chicken Bites served with honey mustard and ranch.

New Salads

The new BBQ Chicken Salad features BBQ seasoned grilled chicken with roasted corn, black bean salsa, tomatoes, smoked bacon, avocado, and cheddar cheese. Tossed with BBQ ranch and finished with a drizzle of BBQ sauce and tortilla strips.

The new Kale Caesar Salad with Salmon features hand-cut salmon on top of crisp romaine and kale with roasted broccoli, sunflower seeds, roasted tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with crunchy Parmesan chips.

The new Kale Caesar Grilled Chicken Salad is made with fresh romaine and kale with roasted broccoli, sun ower seeds, roasted tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Served with Caesar dressing and topped with crunchy Parmesan chips and grilled chicken.

The new Mediterranean Chicken Salad consists of grilled chicken with celery, red onions, black olives, banana peppers, salami, Asiago cheese, and roasted tomatoes. Tossed with Italian Herb Vinaigrette and topped with a drizzle of basil pesto sauce.

The new Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad features Crispy Chicken Bites with tomatoes, eggs, roasted corn, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, beets, and our famous croutons. Tossed with Italian Herb Vinaigrette.

New Pastas

New California Primavera Pasta includes fresh grilled vegetables tossed with cavatappi pasta in a light lemon basil sauce finished with a sprinkle of grated cheeses. There’s also a gluten free version available.

New Crispy Chicken Mac & Cheese features hand-battered chicken tenders served atop cavatappi pasta, aged Vermont white-cheddar bacon sauce, and a six-cheese crumb crust.
