Au Bon Pain’s new 2016 Holiday Menu features new breakfast and lunch sandwiches, festive cookies, a decadent soup, and a sweet bakery-inspired latte. The chain is also bringing back a few fan favorites, including Lobster & Corn Bisque and their popular Gingerbread Cookies.

Countryside Herb Omelet Breakfast Sandwich
The new Countryside Herb Omelet features an omelet topped with parsley, chives & tarragon, fontina cheese, black forest ham and arugula tossed in a lemon dijon vinaigrette and all squeezed between a toasted rustic baguette.
The Chicken & The Artichoke Lunch Sandwich
The Chicken & The Artichoke consists of pulled chicken, artichoke tapenade, roasted red peppers, fontina cheese and baby spinach tossed in a lemon shallot vinaigrette and served on Au Bon Pain’s new rustic baguette.
Lobster & Corn Bisque
Lobster & Corn Bisque features sweet lobster and roasted corn simmered in a rich and creamy lobster bisque.
Linzer Holiday Cookie and Holiday Favorites
The new Linzer Holiday Cookie is a linzer cookie with a Christmas tree cut-out, raspberry filling and decorated with powdered sugar.
Returning favorites: The Gingerbread Cookie is a hand decorated, traditional gingerbread cookie with rich molasses flavor, while Pecan Meltaways are traditional holiday treats made with creamy butter and pecan chunks.
Chocolate Almond Croissant
The new Chocolate Almond Croissant consists of a flaky almond croissant filled with rich chocolate and topped with chocolate drizzle and shaved almonds.
The new Gingerbread Latte features a rich espresso, blended with gingerbread syrup, topped with frothed milk and dusted with cinnamon – available hot and iced.
Au Bon Pain’s 2016 Holiday Menu will be available at participating locations nationwide through January 16, 2017.
