Burger King’s Oreo Cookie Cheesecake features a traditional creamy cheesecake with bits of Oreo Cookie wafers on an Oreo Cookie crust and finished with more crushed Oreos and a drizzle of white icing.

Food reviewer Ian K. over at Peep THIS Out! picked one up at his local Burger King for $2.19. Although prices may vary by location, I’ve hear reports that some locations were selling the new dessert for as much as $2.99. I’m also aware of some pricing errors at the local level as the cheesecake was being rolled out at select locations in November. Those issues should be resolved by now.
One of the first things you’ll notice about Burger King’s new Oreo Cookie Cheesecake is its size. As Ian points out in his review, the cheesecake is small.
On the plus side, the cheesecake has a nice texture in the mouth which is smooth and rich tasting, with just the right amount of Oreo Cookie flavor. If like me you were expecting an overpowering Oreo Cookie flavor, that’s not the case here. The new Oreo Cookie Cheesecake actually offers a nicely balanced favor profile. The icing on the top however is more for show than it is for flavor. It pretty much gets lost in all the other rich flavor elements of the cheesecake.
