The Smokehouse Pizza starts with a large round pizza smothered with mozzarella and Muenster cheeses, then topped with slow-smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, crumbles of Applewood-smoked bacon, BBQ sauce, and finished with a smokehouse-seasoned crust.

For the BBQ aficionados, the brisket used by Little Caesars starts with Midwest beef that’s brined with a secret blend of spices, and pit smoked with Hickory wood for 8-10 hours. Meanwhile, the pulled pork is made in rotisserie style pit smokers for 10-12 hours.

Chew Boom readers may recall the Smokehouse Pizza first appeared at select test locations in Texas and Kentucky last fall.

The Smokehouse Pizza will be available nationwide for a limited time at participating Little Caesars locations for $9, starting February 27, 2017.
