Schlotzsky’s opts for a bold flavor experience with the nationwide launch of three new brisket sandwiches: Traditional, Cuban and Tex-Mex.
Featuring hickory-smoked brisket, the new sandwiches feature layers of flavor and textures, topped with fresh ingredients and served on Schlotzsky’s Fresh-from-Scratch buns.
The Traditional Brisket Sandwich features hickory-smoked brisket, mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, BBQ sauce, sliced dill pickles and red onions on a toasted sourdough bun.
The Cuban Brisket Sandwich consists of hickory-smoked brisket with ham, Swiss cheese, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard and sliced dill pickles on a jalapeño cheese bun.
The Tex-Mex Brisket Sandwich features hickory-smoked brisket with queso fresco, cheddar cheese, salsa verde, roasted red peppers, pickled jalapeños, lettuce and chipotle mayonnaise all sandwiched between a jalapeño cheese bun.
