Au Bon Pain welcomes the change of seasons with the introduction of their new 2017 Spring Menu, featuring the new Sprouted Grain Roll, Signature Farmhouse Omelet Breakfast Sandwich, Turkey Swiss BLT, and Strawberry Bon Tart.

The Sprouted Grain Roll is bread made with sprouted wheat, sunflower, flax seeds, honey and molasses. Sprouted Grain Roll is featured as the bread of choice for Au Bon Pain’s spring sandwich lineup:

Turkey Swiss BLT

The Turkey Swiss BLT is a twist on the classic with tender turkey and Swiss cheese added to hardwood smoked bacon, fresh tomatoes, field greens, and mayo on toasted Sprouted Grain Roll.

Signature Farmhouse Omelet

The Signature Farmhouse Omelet features freshly cracked eggs, whisked and cooked into a fluffy omelet with a flavorful herb blend of parsley, chives, smoked paprika & roasted onions, topped with hardwood smoked bacon and melted cheddar cheese on toasted Sprouted Grain Roll.

Strawberry Bon Tart

The Strawberry Bon Tart is a hand-held toasted pastry that’s flaky, chewy and filled with sweet strawberry preserves, topped with vanilla icing and sprinkled with rainbow nonpareils. For a limited time, you can get a pair of Strawberry Bon Tarts for $5, at participating locations.
