Story continues below
The Loaded Taco Burrito is basically a taco on the inside and a burrito on the outside, featuring a flour tortilla loaded with a double portion of the chain’s signature seasoned beef, crispy tortilla red strips, sour cream, lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and avocado ranch sauce. Taco Bell defines “Double beef” as twice the amount of beef compared to the regular Crunchy Taco.
You can pick one up for $1.49 on its own, or as part of a $5 Big Box with a Nachos Cheese Doritos Locos Taco, Crunchy Taco, and medium drink.
Loaded Taco Burrito Review
Eric, aka The Endorsement, picked one up at his local Taco Bell for $1.49.
While Eric liked the avocado ranch sauce and how it mingled well with the sour cream, his Loaded Taco Burrito could have benefited from more crispy tortilla red strips, for the genuine taco crunch experience he was anticipating. Despite having “double beef” Eric was also disappointed with the portion size of beef he received with his burrito-taco hybrid. (As mentioned above, Taco Bell defines “Double beef” as twice the amount of beef compared to the regular Crunchy Taco.)
