IHOP welcomes the change of season with the launch of their new, 2017 Spring Fling Pancakes menu, featuring fruits, cheesecake cream, and sweet vanilla bean mousse.
The limited-time pancakes menu includes a trio of new flavors, including Blackberry Cheesecake, Strawberry & Cream and Sweet Peach Praline.
- Blackberry Cheesecake features tart, crisp blackberries with real cheesecake cream atop a stack of the brand’s buttermilk pancakes.
- Strawberry & Cream consists of a creamy vanilla bean mousse layered between fluffy buttermilk pancakes – creating the base for glazed strawberries finished off with whipped topping.
- Sweet Peach Praline features hot buttermilk pancakes topped with a mix of peaches, candied pecans coated in a buttery brown sugar glaze, and a dollop of whipped topping.
The pancakes are available as a full stack, or as part of a combo meal with the choice of eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, and more.
IHOP’s Spring Fling Pancakes menu will be available at participating locations nationwide through June 4, 2017.
