IHOP Introduces New Spring Fling Pancakes For Spring 2017

IHOP welcomes the change of season with the launch of their new, 2017 Spring Fling Pancakes menu, featuring fruits, cheesecake cream, and sweet vanilla bean mousse.

The limited-time pancakes menu includes a trio of new flavors, including Blackberry Cheesecake, Strawberry & Cream and Sweet Peach Praline.

  • Blackberry Cheesecake features tart, crisp blackberries with real cheesecake cream atop a stack of the brand’s buttermilk pancakes.
  • Strawberry & Cream consists of a creamy vanilla bean mousse layered between fluffy buttermilk pancakes – creating the base for glazed strawberries finished off with whipped topping.
  • Sweet Peach Praline features hot buttermilk pancakes topped with a mix of peaches, candied pecans coated in a buttery brown sugar glaze, and a dollop of whipped topping.

The pancakes are available as a full stack, or as part of a combo meal with the choice of eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, and more.

IHOP’s Spring Fling Pancakes menu will be available at participating locations nationwide through June 4, 2017.
