Au Bon Pain debuts a range of seasonal recipes with the introduction of its new 2017 Summer menu, featuring the new Herb Chicken Salad Sandwich and returning fan favorite Lobster Sandwich, at participating locations starting Tuesday, June 13, 2017.
Here’s what you can find at Au Bon Pain this summer:
Herb Chicken Salad Sandwich
The new Herb Chicken Salad Sandwich features antibiotic-free chicken mixed with ABP’s signature herb blend and avocado dressing, topped with cucumbers, shredded carrots, tomatoes and field greens, and served on a toasted semolina baguette. Semolina bread has a light, golden appearance and texture, and the toasted sesame adds nuttiness to complement its sweet, dense flavor.
Herb Chicken Salad
The Herb Chicken Salad is also available on a fresh roll and side salad in a Bon To Go box. Bon to Go boxes typically have 12g or more of protein and 390 or fewer calories.
Available at select locations, the returning Lobster Sandwich consists of lobster with mixed with ABP’s signature herb blend and served on a freshly baked buttery croissant.
Mediterranean Chicken & Taboule Salad
Mediterranean Chicken & Taboule Salad combines chicken, romaine, spinach, taboule, chickpea tomato salad, feta cheese, kalamata olives, cucumbers, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes and lite lemon shallot vinaigrette.
Lemon Blueberry Muffin is a zesty lemon muffin with blueberries and comes topped with white icing.
Peach Danish is a classic Danish pastry topped with sweet peach preserves.
The new 2017 summer menu is available at participating locations nationwide through August 28, 2017.
