The new treat, a first at grocery stores, pairs a duo of classic American desserts – vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookie cakes.
Resembling a giant cookie ice cream sandwich and serving up to 12 people, the sharable frozen treat features vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two giant chocolate chip cookies with a ring of Carvel’s signature crunchies embedded around the dessert’s outer edge.
Fans can find Carvel’s new Ice Cream Cookie Cake at select retailers, including Publix, Stop & Shop, Giant Landover, Giant Carlisle and ShopRite for a suggested retail price of $19.99.
