Starbucks adds sizzle to its summer breakfast lineup with the introduction of the new Seared Steak, Egg and Tomatillo Wrap. The brand is also serving up a pair of new protein bowls, featuring the new Vegan Lentils and Vegetables Protein Bowl.
The Seared Steak, Egg and Tomatillo Wrap features seared steak, cage-free scrambled eggs, caramelized onions and fresh tomatillo salsa in a toasty tortilla.
The wrap carries a suggested retail price of $4.95, and has 21 grams of protein and 410 calories.
New Protein Bowls
In addition to the new breakfast wrap, Starbucks is also expanding it lunch menu with a pair of new protein bowls, including one vegan variety.
Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl
The Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl features grilled white meat chicken tossed with a medium-spiced chile vinaigrette and mixed with fresh greens, tomatoes, roasted corn, black beans, jicama, paprika and feta.
Vegan Lentils and Vegetables Protein Bowl
The Vegan Lentils and Vegetables Protein Bowl consists of roasted butternut squash, roasted tomatoes, sunflower seeds and brown rice. It’s served with a side lemon tahini dressing.
The new bowls will be available year-round at select locations, and carry a suggested price of $7.45 – $8.45 each.
