Pei Wei debuts new $5 General Tso’s Chicken as their latest limited-time menu item.

Pei Wei’s spicy take on the Chinese-American classic features all-white meat chicken, freshly chopped carrots, garlic, scallions and red bell peppers paired with four different chile preparations, including Sriracha, whole chile pods, chile paste and red chile flakes all wok-tossed in an umami-rich sauce
The dish can also be customized with your choice of protein, including steak, shrimp or tofu and vegetables. Each meal is served with a choice of white rice, brown rice, lettuce cups or Heritage mixed greens.
