Carlo’s Bakery will be celebrating the grand opening of its first California location at the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica on Saturday, November 18, 2017.

Celebrity chef Buddy Valastro (Cake Boss) and family will be on hand to take part in the brand’s traditional ribbon cutting ceremony, which will be held at 7:00 a.m. on opening day. The bakery will open for business immediately following the ceremony with meet and greet opportunities available to fans.
The new 2,361 square foot location boasts the brand’s full menu of signature treats including the cannoli, lobster tail, cupcakes and more. The new location will also offer custom cakes for all occasions as featured on the popular reality TV series Cake Boss.
“We’re taking the bakery to California – I can’t believe it!” exclaimed Buddy Valastro. “We’re always asked when we’ll make it out there and I honestly couldn’t be more humbled to say the big day is finally here.”
Carlo’s Bakery in Santa Monica is located at 1345 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA. The Santa Monica location will represent the brand’s 22nd US location.
