New 18-oz Center-Cut Sirloin: Served with a signature potato and your choice of one freshly made side.
New Ultimate Great Barrier Combo: A steamed lobster tail, two jumbo lump crab cakes and two wood-fire grilled shrimp skewers. All served with your choice of two freshly made sides. Alternatively, you can go for the smaller, Great Barrier Combo, featuring one lobster tail, one crab cake and one shrimp skewer along with two freshly made sides.
New Bearnaise Crab Topped Fillet: Victoria’s Filet Mignon seasoned and topped with jumbo lump crab and a rich, creamy bearnaise sauce, along with a signature potato and choice of one side.
New Alice Springs Chicken & Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp: 8-oz. wood-fire grilled chicken topped with sauteed mushrooms, crisp bacon, melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses and honey mustard sauce paired with Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp. The dish is served with Aussie Fries.
