After casting almost two million votes online, America has spoken loud and clear: Lemon will be Krispy Kreme’s next, all-new Glazed Doughnut flavor.

Last week, Krispy Kreme invited fans to vote for the next new Glazed Doughnut flavor in the brand’s first-ever #VoteForGlaze campaign. Fans got to select their favorite glaze flavor from four options: blueberry, caramel, lemon and maple
Lemon was America’s top choice with 36 percent of the vote. Caramel came in second with 26 percent, blueberry received 20 percent, followed by maple, with 18 percent.
The Lemon Glazed Doughnut will be available for a full week this spring at participating Krispy Kreme shops nationwide. Exact dates will be announced this spring.
