TGI Fridays teams up with Pocky creator Ezaki Glico for the introduction of the new Red Velvet Sparkler Cake.

The new dessert features a three-tiered red velvet cake, layered with cream cheese frosting and topped with red and white sprinkles. It’s served in a bowl of strawberry fizz candy clusters along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and gets topped off with Strawberry Pocky. The dessert is served tableside with sparklers.
A strawberry-flavored Pocky infuses the flavor of ripe strawberries into a sweet, pink cream that coats a crispy cookie biscuit stick.
