Ready Pac Foods offers a new ethnic-inspired salad kit with the introduction of its Sweet & Spicy Korean Chopped Salad Kit.

The new kit features a fresh mix of romaine lettuce, Napa and red cabbages, vegetables, puffed brown rice and black sesame seeds, tossed in a slightly spicy Gochujang vinaigrette.
Gochujang is a savory, sweet and fermented red pepper paste that offers a rich umami flavor with a gentle heat and slightly sweet finish. It’s been widely touted by trend watching foodies as the “next Sriracha.”
The new kit can be found at grocery stores nationwide, including Albertsons, Giant Eagle and Raley’s, and in Target stores later this spring, with a suggested retail price of $3.99.
