Potbelly Sandwich Shop offers their own unique twist on the traditional Greek gyro with the launch of new Greek Gyro Flats on February 27, 2018.

Potbelly’s version of the classic sandwich features authentic Kronos gyro meat topped with feta cheese, tzatziki sauce, onion and tomato on a folded, toasted flatbread. The gyro meat can also be added to a salad.
On Monday, February 26, Potbelly will be offering free Gyro Flats to its perk members who have earned the levels of Sandwich Superstars and Menu Masters. Qualifying perks members will receive the exclusive offer via email and the Potbelly Perks app.
New Lemon Cheesecake Cookie
Additionally, Potbelly shops nationwide will also be adding the new Lemon Cheesecake Cookie to menus for a limited time. The brightly flavored creamy cookie is made with lemon and real bite-size pieces of cheesecake.
If you’re not already a Potbelly Perks member, you can join through the Potbelly app, and when you do, you’ll receive a free cookie offer, which can be used to redeem any cookie, including the new Lemon Cheesecake Cookie.
