The chain says it is currently serving fresh beef in all Quarter Pounder and Signature Crafted Recipe burgers at 3,500 restaurants in Atlanta, Charlotte, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, Orlando, Raleigh and Salt Lake City.

Over the next month, McDonald’s said it plans to transition for fresh beef quarter-pound burgers in additional cities, including Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and more – with full rollout to participating US locations by early May.

Fresh beef will not be available available in Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories
