This week on Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Memphis to try to rescue the Havana Mix Cigar Emporium. It’s the first cigar bar to be featured on Bar Rescue.

During the makeover, Taffer changed the name of the Havana Mix Cigar Emporium to Robusto by Havana Mix. The rescue happened late October last year.

When an old-school Memphis cigar man takes a stab at the bar business, he discovers hiring his millennial son wasn’t quite what he had expected.

Robusto is owned by cigar aficionado Robb Hunter. You can check out the cigar bar’s Facebook page for the most recent happenings at Robusto, as well at the bar’s website Havana Mix, Instagram page, and Twitter account.

Hunter also operates at least two other cigar bars, including a second Memphis area location called the Burning Desire Cigar Emporium, and a third location in Southaven, Mississippi called Cigar Haven.

Robusto by Havana Mix is hosting an episode viewing party on Sunday, March 18 2018 where they’ll be featuring drinks from the Bar Rescue makeover, including: Margarita, Mojito, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, and Boulevardier.  They’ll also be celebrating with prize giveaways.
