According the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the semi-truck bounced off a guardrail before rolling onto its side and dumping its load on a stretch of highway known as Jack’s Peak. The rig was loaded down with 44,500 pounds of pizza dough and flour.
Police said speed and fatigue may have contributed to the crash. The driver was cited with failure to control the vehicle. No one was injured.
