Ben & Jerry’s is known famously for its unbelievably delicious ice cream flavors that pair fantastic ingredients like brownies, cherries, chocolate and cookie dough. Now they have expanded on that theme with a new beer-flavored sensation.

The release of Ben & Jerry’s Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale ice cream in partnership with New Belgium Brewing, comes on the heels of the release of the pair’s Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale.

The new flavor features New Belgium Brown Ale ice cream, with fudge brownies and salted caramel swirls. You’ll be able to pick up a pint of this latest creation this month.

“We’ve teamed up with New Belgium Brewing to bring you a sweet new partnership. Introducing Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale ice cream and Salted Caramel Brown Ale beer. What’s better is, they benefit Protect Our Winters, an organization dedicating to fighting climate change to protect our winter season,” Ben & Jerry’s said in a statement.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Protect Our Winters.
