Last month, Taco Bell ran a campaign called “Steal a Base, Steal a Breakfast,” in which the fast food chain promised to give away A.M. Crunchwraps if a base was stolen during the first or second game of the World Series.
Well, in Game 1, Lorenzo Cain stole a base in the bottom of the sixth inning against the Mets. That means Taco Bell will have to make good on the bet by handing out free crunchwraps between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Thursday.
A.M. Crunchwraps consist of scrambled eggs, bacon, real cheddar cheese, a full hash brown patty and chipotle sauce, all wrapped inside a grilled tortilla.
