As Chew Boom first reported back in December, The Quaker Oats Company launched a $250,000 contest to find the next great Quaker oatmeal flavor. Today, Quaker is celebrating the official launch of its very first Bring Your Best Bowl contest by teaming up with actress, foodie and mother of two Tiffani Thiessen.

Thiessen will be hosting the official launch event in New York City’s Times Square today from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
