When it comes to fish sandwiches, McDonald’s is famously known for its iconic Filet-O-Fish, but McDonald’s Singapore went fishing in a different stream and has something totally new on the hook: Salmon.
McDonald’s Singapore just launched the Breaded Salmon with Paella Spice Mix sandwich. Available for a limited time, the new menu item features a breaded salmon patty flanked by a crisp salad mix that’s topped with McChicken sauce – all served between a multi-grain topped bun.
Made with wild-caught salmon from Hokkaido, each salmon patty is made with a paella spice mix that includes salmon chunks, diced cheddar cheese and red and yellow bell peppers.
The Breaded Salmon with Paella Spice Mix Extra Value Meal includes fries and a drink for about $5.35 USD. For an additional 85 cents, you can swap out the fries for a Garden Side Salad.
McDonald’s Singapore says the new sandwich was inspired by Singaporeans and will be available while stocks last.
