It’s official – cannoli lovers in Dallas can finally get their hands on fresh Carlo’s Bakery pastries after the Cake Boss himself, Buddy Valastro and family, officially opened the new Dallas bake shop Saturday.

Hundreds of people lined up in Preston Center to be part of the festivities. Some people even camped out the night before the grand opening just to ensure a good spot in line.
