The 142nd Kentucky Derby takes place on May 7, 2016, and today we know what will be on the official menu.

Churchill Downs Racetrack said the menu was designed to showcase the essence of southern food, while infusing international garnishes and modern twists on well-known Derby traditions.
The menu will be available throughout Churchill Downs’ dining areas during Derby weekend.
