According to the report, the Midnight Moonshine Burger is slated to debut on March 23.

If you’re wondering about the alcohol connection, Junior Johnson is also part owner of Piedmont Distillers, the dispenser of Junior’s Midnight Moonshine. We’re not sure if Junior Johnson has Midnight Moonshine in the tank, but we can dream.

The Midnight Moonshine Burger is charcoal-grilled, 100 percent black Angus beef topped with a moonshine glaze, pepper-jack cheese, garlic and pepper fried onions and thick-cut, applewood-smoked bacon.

The moonshine glaze has all the flavor of the moonshine, without the alcohol, CKE Restaurants CEO Andy Puzder told CNBC.

The limited time burger will be available at more than 3,300 locations, and could become a part of the permanent menu depending on demand.

A single burger will sell for $4.39, with a double burger or a one-third pound Thickburger selling at $5.59 each.
