The chain’s new French Onion Cheese Slider features a 100 percent beef patty, and rich cheese blended with grilled onions and a hint of black pepper.
The Roasted Garlic Cheese Slider features a 100 percent beef patty and vibrant cheese mixed with roasted garlic.
The burger chain is also offering Ghost Pepper Cheese Sliders exclusively in the Chicago area.

In addition to the new sliders, White Castle also introduced new Cheese Curd Nibblers.
White Castle’s Cheese Curd Nibblers feature Wisconsin cheese curds lightly coated and deep fried to produce a crispy exterior and gooey center.
The new cheese sliders and cheese nibblers are available nationwide at participating White Castle locations for a limited time.
