McDonald’s France launches New York Street Food menu

McDonald’s France is following up on its American Winter themed menu with the launch of the chain’s limited time New York Street Food menu.

The New York Street Food menu features the chain’s take on the street food of New York City. We’re not sure how much actual street research went into the new menu, but they do have a captive audience in France. Oddly enough, the menu doesn’t include a Big Apple pie or a pretzel bun.

The New York Street Food menu does include a Grilled Cheese and Bacon burger, an Original Sweet Mustard burger, a Cheese McWrap, a Sharing Box, Chips and a Caramel Sundae (not shown).

The Grilled Cheese and Bacon burger features two 100 percent beef patties, bacon, fried onions, two melted slices of cheddar cheese, lettuce and sauce, all sandwiched between two slices of round toast.

The Original Sweet Mustard burger features two 100 percent pure beef patties, two slices of cheddar cheese, tomato, onions, lettuce, pickles and honey mustard sauce all between a buttered bun.

The Cheese McWrap features fried onions, tomato, lettuce and sauce with fried breaded cheese nuggets all packed in a wheat tortilla wrap.

Thick cut potato chips and a caramel sundae round off the New York City inspired menu.

The New York Street Food menu is available at participating McDonald’s locations across France until May 30.

To accompany the launch of the limited time menu, McDonald’s France launched a series of TV commercials to promote the new items. You can check out the commercials below.
