Qdoba Mexican Eats is literally mixing things up with the introduction of new Smoked Brisket.

Available for a limited time, Qdoba’s new slow-smoked brisket can be incorporated into any existing menu item, including burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, nachos, salads, and the new Outlaw Knockout Taco.

The Outlaw is the newest addition to Qdoba’s family of Knockout Tacos and consists of smoked brisket, Ancho Chile BBQ sauce, zesty habanero salsa, and corn salsa, all topped with fresh cilantro and Cotija cheese, and served on a warm corn tortilla.

Slow-smoked over real wood for four hours, Qdoba’s Smoked Brisket is available for a limited time only at participating locations.
