McDonald’s Singapore is going upscale with the introduction of the chain’s new Signature Collection of premium burgers.

Premium burgers in the collection include the Spicy Chicken with Apple Slaw, the Spicy Tortilla with Angus Beef, and the Classic Cheese with Angus Beef.
The Spicy Chicken with Apple Slaw features a chicken patty sandwiched between red apple slaw, wild rocket, white cheddar cheese, creamy black pepper mayo sauce, and a soft semolina bun.
The Spicy Tortilla with Angus Beef consists of a 100 percent Angus beef patty topped with a combination of tortilla chips, red onion rings, crisp lettuce, creamy guacamole, and a spicy sauce, all layered between a semolina bun.
The Classic Cheese with Angus Beef features a 100 percent Angus beef patty, Colby cheese, caramelised grilled onions, chicken bacon, tomato jalapeño relish, and creamy garlic aioli sauce, all sandwiched between an aromatic glazed bun.
The new Signature Collection is available for a limited time at participating McDonald’s restaurants across Singapore.
