UPDATE August 24: Chew Boom has confirmed that the new Grilled Steak, Egg & Cheese Burrito and Grilled Steak, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, officially launch today, Wednesday, August 24, at participating Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s locations nationwide.

The Steak, Egg & Cheese Biscuit features the savory combination of marinated, grilled steak, folded egg and a slice of Swiss cheese, all nestled in between the chain’s signature biscuits.
The Steak, Egg & Cheese Burrito, on the other hand, features a bit bolder southwestern flavor profile by adding salsa into the mix and wrapping it all in a warm flour tortilla.
The Steak, Egg & Cheese Biscuit is available for $2.99, and as a combo with hash rounds and a drink for $4.69, while the Steak, Egg & Cheese Burrito is available for $3.99 or for $5.69 in a combo. Prices may vary by location.

Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s will soon be launching two new limited time breakfast items, Chew Boom has learned. Look for the new Grilled Steak , Egg & Cheese Biscuit, and the Grilled Steak, Egg & Cheese Burrito to officially launch later this month. (See photo above)
The Grilled Steak, Egg & Cheese Burrito features chunks of grilled steak, scrambled eggs, shredded Swiss and cheddar cheeses, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
The Grilled Steak, Egg & Cheese Biscuit features chunks of grilled steak, a folded egg, and Swiss cheese on a made from scratch biscuit.
Pretzel Breakfast Sandwich And The Midnight Moonshine Burger To Be discontinued
Additionally, Reddit user mikeshouse110 reports that the Pretzel Breakfast Sandwich will be discontinued on August 24, and the Midnight Moonshine Burger will follow on August 30.
