Long John Silver’s is celebrating International Talk Like a Pirate Day on September 19, 2016, with a free fish giveaway.

On Monday, September 19, fans that enter any participating location and talk like a pirate will receive one free piece of the chain’s popular Alaskan Whitefish (or piece of chicken).
Fans that dress like a pirate will receive a free 2-piece Fish Basket (or chicken). Be sure to comply with the chain’s “dress like a pirate rules.” See below for details.
The chain says to qualify as “dressed like a pirate”, you must wear at least 3 pirate items:
- Eye Patch
- Bandana
- Silver/Gold Hoop Earring
- Knickers
- Peg Leg
- Pirate Hat
- Pirate Shirt
- Parrot on Shoulder (No real birds please!)
- Skull & Crossbones/Medallion Necklace
- Pirate Flag
Long John Silver’s Talk Like a Pirate Day offer is available at participating locations nationwide on Monday, September 19, 2016.
