Topped with queso fresco and fresh chopped cilantro, the new limited-time Smothered Burritos come served with a side of handcrafted guacamole, all natural sour cream, and pico de gallo.

While Moe’s plans to phase out its pork verde, the chain is adding grilled pork carnitas to the menu. The tender and smoky meat option can be added to any signature Moe’s dish.

New Sauces

  • Hatch Green Chile is prepped fresh in-restaurant, from Hatch green chiles, tomatillos, garlic, cilantro and lime juice. The vibrant green sauce gets its rich and deep flavors from fire roasting the Hatch chiles before they are blended into the sauce.
  • Red Chile sauce has a medium heat level and a bright ruby red color that comes from the red chiles, ancho chiles, and tomato paste.
  • Mole is a traditional southwestern style sauce with notes of chiles, garlic, citrus, honey, and a hint of cocoa to balance out the heat and add earthy layers of depth.

Moe’s new Smothered Burritos are available at participating locations nationwide for a limited time.
