Swiss Chalet Canada adds heat to the menu with a new Fire It Up special featuring the chain’s rotisserie chicken or ribs, with three new sauces, Stampede BBQ, Buffalo Butter and Nashville Hot.

The Fire It Up Chicken meal includes a quarter rotisserie chicken Fired Up and grilled fresh to order – served with your choice of sauce and a side, plus a dinner roll and a cup of the chain’s iconic Chalet Sauce. You also get your choice of a cup of soup, five mini hot sugar donuts or slice of pie, for $12.99. Add white meat for an additional charge of $1.75.
The Fire It Up Ribs meal includes a 1/3 rack of side ribs Fired Up and grilled fresh to order plus coleslaw and everything listed above minus the chicken, for $17.99.
Hearty Chicken Vegetable Soup features Swiss Chalet’s Rotisserie Chicken in a seasoned, savoury vegetable broth with tomatoes, zucchini, chick peas and lentils.
Mini Cinnamon Sugar Donuts are fried golden brown and tossed in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
