According to Reddit user ZoinksIT’s description, the Beefy Potato-Rito is basically just a twist on Taco Bell’s Cheesy Potato Burrito, with sour cream swapped out for chipotle sauce and an added portion of cheese. There also appears to be far less beef.
While the Cheesy Potato Burrito features a double portion of seasoned beef, the Beefy Potato-Rito offers a smaller serving of seasoned beef with potatoes, a special cheese blend, and chipotle sauce all wrapped inside a warm tortilla.
Where’s the Beef?

The Potato-Rito is priced at just $1, which explains the beef issue, and could also suggest Taco Bell plans to add yet another selection to their growing dollar menu.
