
For a limited time, Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s will be offering the Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich at participating locations just in time for Lenten season.

The Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich features crispy, beer-battered wild-caught Alaska pollock, topped with lettuce, tartar sauce and tomato on a toasted sesame seed bun.
The Hardee’s version, which varies slightly, loses the tomato and comes with a slice of American cheese.
Carl’s Jr. Sandwich Pricing
The Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich is available on its own at Carl’s Jr. for $3.29, or you can double up and get two for 5 bucks. A combo meal featuring one sandwich along with fries and a drink can be picked up for $5.89. Prices may vary by location.
Hardee’s Sandwich Pricing
Hardee’s version of the sandwich is available for $2.99 on its own, or two sandwiches for $5. You can also pick up a combo featuring one sandwich, plus fries and a drink for $4.99.

The sandwich gets its name from Seattle’s Redhook Brewery, where the batter’s distinct flavor is derived from the brewery’s Extra Special Bitter ale.
