Priced at $16, the Impossible Burger features two patties, caramelized onions, American cheese, miso-mustard, house spread, dill pickles, lettuce, and tomato, all sandwiched between an Umami bun.

If you’re fortunate enough to be in the Los Angeles area, you can find the Impossible Burger at nine Umami Burger locations – Santa Monica, Broadway, Arts District, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Pasadena, and Thousand Oaks.

Following the Impossible Burger launch at Umami Burger’s Los Angeles County locations, the company plans to debut the burger in more fine-dining restaurants and chains throughout the United States.

Last summer, the Impossible Burger was featured at Momofuku Nishi in New York for $12.

The Impossible Burger is the world’s only burger that looks, handles, smells, cooks, and tastes like ground beef – but is made entirely from plants. The burger is produced without hormones, antibiotics, cholesterol, or artificial flavors.
