Launching on August 9, 2017, the new Wild Rock Burger features an egg topped with bacon, tomato, lettuce and tartar sauce all sandwiched between a pair of Wendy’s signature square beef patties.

The brand says the new burger has 4.6 grams of sugar and cuts carbs by 85 percent – when compared with the standard Wendy’s double burger.

The new low-carb burger is priced at 650 Japanese yen, or about $5.86 US dollars if you’re keeping count.

The concept is reminiscent of KFC’s Double Down sandwich that debuted in 2010 with a “bun” consisting of two fried chicken filets, sandwiching bacon, Monterey Jack cheese and “Colonel’s sauce.”
