Jack in the Box has been spotted testing a new Brisket Burger featuring slow-cooked brisket in at least one California location.

The new item was first spotted by popular food reviewer Joey Hernandez, of “Joey’s World Tour” on YouTube.
According to Joey, the new item features brisket that’s slow-cooked for nine hours, a beef patty, onion rings, American cheese, smoky aioli sauce and red wine glaze on a sesame and poppy seed-topped artisan potato bun.
