IHOP looks to appeal to coffee lovers with the introduction of a new limited-time lineup of pancakes infused with flavors often found in the most trendy coffee beverages, like salted caramel, mocha, vanilla and pumpkin spice.

New Latte Lover’s Pancakes can be found in the following four, latte-inspired flavors:
- Espresso Mocha Cream: Chocolate pancakes layered with rich mocha cream and topped with chocolate-covered espresso beans.
- Salted Caramel Java: Buttermilk pancakes topped with real coffee bean-infused butter and a drizzle of velvety, salted caramel.
- Double Vanilla: Buttermilk pancakes topped with vanilla bean cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Pumpkin Spice: An annual favorite, pumpkin pancakes made with real pumpkin and spices crowned with a creamy whipped topping.
Starting at $4.99, Latte Lover’s Pancakes will be available at participating IHOP locations through November 12, 2017. (prices may vary)
Scary Face Pancakes
Additionally, IHOP announced the return of its seasonal favorite Scary Face Pancakes beginning October 1, 2017.
The Halloween-inspired treat features a big buttermilk pancake with a whipped topping and a strawberry nose, all served alongside mini Oreo cookies and candy corn for do-it-yourself decoration.
Free Scary Face Pancakes at IHOP on October 31, 2017
On Halloween, October 31, children 12 years and under can receive an order of Scary Face Pancakes for free from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM at participating IHOP locations nationwide.
