Arby’s fan-favorite Venison Sandwich (Deer Meat) makes its return on Saturday, October 21, 2017 – and this time the wildly popular sandwich will be available at every Arby’s restaurant in America, while supplies last.
The sandwich features a thick-cut venison steak and crispy onions topped with a juniper berry sauce on a toasted specialty roll. The venison is marinated in garlic, salt and pepper and then sous-vide for three hours until tender, before being served.
The juniper berry sauce is a Cabernet steak sauce infused with juniper berries, offering another flavor twist to the unique sandwich.
Arby’s New Elk Sandwich
In addition to the Venison Sandwich, Arby’s raises the meat bar with the introduction of the new, limited-edition Elk Sandwich, in three popular elk hunting states on Saturday, October 21, 2017.
The sandwich features a tender elk steak topped with blackberry port steak sauce and crispy onions on a toasted specialty roll.
