Chick-fil-A turns up the heat on bold and spicy flavors by testing two new spicy entrees in select markets: Spicy Chick-n-Strips and Grilled Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich.
Fans can stop by any participating locations in Philadelphia, Central Texas and South Texas to put new Spicy Chick-n-Strips to the test. Meanwhile, fans in Orlando, Fla., St. Louis, and Knoxville, Tenn., will be among the first to try the new Grilled Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich.
The new Spicy Chick-n-Strips are seasoned with a spicy blend of peppers, hand-breaded and fried up in 100 percent refined peanut oil. The brand describes the new spicy strips as a mashup of their Spicy Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and original Chick-n-Strips.
The new Grilled Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich features grilled chicken marinated in a spicy seasoning, Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce and tomato on a new, toasted multigrain brioche bun. The sandwich paired with a new Cilantro Lime Sauce.
A 3-count Spicy Chick-n-Strips entree has 340 calories and 26 grams of protein, and starts at $3.85 (also available in a 4-count entree and catering trays).
The Grilled Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich has 390 calories and 33 grams of protein and starts at $4.75.
Chick-fil-A is encouraging fans in test cities to try the new entrees and provide them with feedback that they can use to determine whether or not to roll out the new entrees nationwide in the future.
