IHOP is celebrating Halloween this year with the return of Scary Face Pancakes and a very special treat for kids on October 31, 2017.

On Tuesday, October 31, IHOP will be serving up free Scary Face Pancakes to all kids ages 12 and under from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at participating locations nationwide.
The Scary Face Pancake features the brand’s fluffy, oversized buttermilk pancake with a creamy whipped topping and a strawberry nose. The pancake also comes with mini Oreo cookies and candy corn for decorating.
Just take note that IHOP will typically place a limit of one free Scary Face Pancake per kid. Some locations may require an adult entree purchase to qualify for the free pancake offer.
