California Pizza Kitchen thinks outside of the pizza box with the introduction of new Cauliflower Pizza Crust, at participating locations.
The new crust will initially be made available at select Southern California locations in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and Rainbow Harbor, beginning November 27, 2017 – with plans to take Cauliflower Pizza Crust nationwide in early 2018.
Made with gluten-free ingredients, CPK’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust is unique source of vegetable fuel and a lower-carb alternative to classic hand-tossed dough.
Cauliflower Pizza Crust can be ordered on any pizza in place of classic hand-tossed dough or crispy thin crust, for an upcharge of $2.50.
